Creating Intelligent Hyperlinks with Hotspots

The enhanced document you are viewing contains hotspots--objects that send a block of information to other programs for further processing when activated. Integrators can define their own hotspot programs. If a hotspot is an icon shape (under any number of designs--see the image below), it's recognizable as a hotspot. Otherwise, hotspots generally look the same as any other object. You can attach hotspots to any existing objects, or place them directly with the Hotspot tool. The type of object used by the Hotspot tool is defined in the Hotspot category.
